POSITION: TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: PERFORMANCE BASED CONTRACT

Elimu Sacco Society Ltd, a deposit taking Sacco regulated by Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA) and based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit a creative, innovative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, creating engaging visual content, managing social media platforms, and strengthening the Sacco’s online brand presence. We operate 4 front offices located in Nairobi, Lodwar, Homabay and Busia that offer affordable financial services to our members. The successful candidates will be based in our Nairobi office and will be responsible for managing the organization’s communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external communications to ensure clear, consistent and professional communication across all platforms.
- Develop, create and publish engaging content for social media, website and other digital and communication channels.
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote products and services and enhance brand awareness.
- Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence, including content scheduling, monitoring and engagement.
