Sales & Marketing Officer

JOB PURPOSE

• To drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, expand market share and maintain strong customer relationships through the promotion and sale of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, solar energy solutions, telecom rectifiers and voltage regulators.

• The Sales and Marketing Officer shall identify customer needs, develop sales opportunities, prepare commercial proposals, implement marketing initiatives and collaborate with the technical team to deliver suitable power backup and renewable energy solutions while ensuring compliance with company policies, approved procedures, customer requirements and applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers across corporate, industrial, commercial, telecom, healthcare, education, and government sectors.

• Market and sell UPS systems, solar solutions, rectifiers, and voltage regulators.

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, tenders, and requests for proposals (RFPs).

• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, presentations, and technical sales discussions.

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
