• We are seeking a highly creative, experienced, technically proficient and results-driven Digital Content, Social Media & Video Production Manager to spearhead our digital content strategy, professional video production, social media campaigns and brand visibility across the Group.

• The successful candidate must be a hands-on professional capable of independently conceptualising, filming, editing and producing compelling promotional videos, television commercials (TVCs), property walkthroughs, social media reels and digital advertising campaigns.

• This position requires a unique combination of creative production expertise, digital marketing knowledge, commercial awareness and strong execution capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Develop and implement effective digital content and social media strategies across the Group.

• Create engaging daily social media posts, promotional reels, stories, advertisements and digital campaigns.

• Develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars.

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

• Write compelling advertising copy, captions, headlines and calls to action.

• Ensure consistent, high-quality content publication across all Group brands.

• Monitor digital trends and introduce innovative content ideas to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Professional Videography & Video Production

• Personally conceptualise, script, shoot, direct, edit and produce high-quality promotional videos.

• Produce professional TVCs, corporate videos, property walkthroughs, documentaries, interviews and customer testimonials.

• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.

• Undertake professional photography and videography at properties, construction sites, exhibitions and corporate events.

• Apply professional lighting, sound recording, colour grading, motion graphics, subtitles, transitions and voiceovers.

• Produce broadcast-ready and digitally optimised video content.

• Manage production equipment and maintain an organised library of video and photography assets.

Kenya Homes Expo Marketing & Event Production

• Develop compelling promotional campaigns for Kenya Homes Expo.

• Produce high-impact exhibition TVCs, promotional reels, countdown videos and digital advertisements.

• Film exhibitor interviews, sponsorship promotions, visitor testimonials, panel discussions and networking activities.

• Provide professional event photography, videography and timely highlight videos.

• Create engaging pre-event, live-event and post-event content.

• Support digital campaigns aimed at increasing visitor attendance, ticket sales, exhibitor participation and sponsorship enquiries.

Villa Care Property Marketing

• Produce professional residential and commercial property walkthrough videos.

• Develop compelling promotional reels for property sales, lettings and affordable housing developments.

• Capture high-quality interior, exterior and lifestyle photography.

• Produce project launch videos, construction updates and client testimonials.

• Collaborate with property sales teams to create marketing content that generates qualified enquiries and supports sales conversions.

Group Corporate Content Production

• Develop construction project showcase videos and progress updates for Homefix Ltd.

• Produce corporate promotional videos and digital campaigns for Security 24 Ltd.

• Create corporate profiles, brand awareness campaigns and promotional content for other Group subsidiaries.

• Coordinate with marketing, graphics and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Digital Advertising, Performance & Reporting

• Plan, implement and optimise digital advertising campaigns.

• Monitor social media reach, engagement, video performance, enquiries and lead generation.

• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.

• Prepare weekly and monthly content production and digital marketing reports.

• Ensure campaigns support measurable business objectives and deliver value for marketing expenditure.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Film Production, Digital Media, Multimedia Production, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or a related discipline.

• Professional certifications in digital marketing, video production, social media management or related creative disciplines will be an added advantage.

• Candidates with exceptional professional portfolios and substantial relevant practical experience may be considered even without a university degree.
