Area Sales Manager- North Coast
Role Profile
- We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee shop operations and sales activities within a designated Area. The role is accountable for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and loan repayment performance, while ensuring operational efficiency, staff integrity, and compliance with company standards. The ASM will lead and develop sales teams, implement effective sales strategies, and provide market insights to senior management.
