Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Brand Manager Beverage & Snacks to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive growth, increase market share, and strengthen brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned to business objectives.

Manage end-to-end brand activities including innovation, campaigns, and performance tracking.

Plan and monitor marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.

Lead integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and trade channels.

Conduct regular market visits to assess execution, visibility, and growth opportunities.

Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity.
