We are seeking a capable candidate to lead the leasing business’ day-to-day operations and drive commercial performance. The role will support business growth, oversee leasing transactions and assets utilisation, manage customer relationships, and ensure strong operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end leasing transactions, from customer proposal and contract execution to asset deployment, billing and contract closure.
- Supervise day-to-day leasing operations, administrative functions and cross-functional activities across.
- Manage the leasing opportunity pipeline, assess customer requirements and prepare appropriate leasing proposals and commercial presentations.
- Support commercial negotiations and build strong customer relationships to drive renewals, additional business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Oversee assets under management including; availability, utilisation, condition, maintenance, renewals, returns, redeployment and disposal.
- Coordinate lease agreements, contract records, billing schedules and customer obligations in collaboration with Finance and Credit Control.
- Monitor leasing revenue, gross margins, operating costs, and contracts profitability.
- Ensure compliance with approved credit, pricing, legal, risk-management and operational requirements, including customer due diligence.
- Prepare timely operational and commercial reports.
