Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketer
About the Role
- We’re looking for a talented designer who understands brands to join our marketing team and help present our properties and our brand consistently across print and digital.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to: Marketing Manager
- Produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, property flyers, adverts, signage and presentations, working mainly from established brand templates
- Apply our brand guidelines accurately and consistently across every piece of work
- Create engaging content for our social media channels and help plan and run campaigns
- Support our sales, rentals and commercial agents with their marketing needs, with requests coordinated through the Marketing Manager, while meeting tight deadlines
