Job descriptions & requirements
(1) Social Media Operation: Manage and update
official TikTok and Facebook accounts regularly, complete content planning and
topic creation, publish localized product‑focused short‑form videos and
promotional content to increase followers, exposure and account activity
continuously.
(2) Live Streaming Execution: Design
localized live streaming scripts, procedures and product introduction lines,
conduct regular local live sales independently; plan special live campaigns
based on local consumption habits and festival nodes to improve transaction
conversion rate.
(3) Short Video Production: Independently
complete shooting, editing, soundtrack and subtitle production of product short
videos, create original trending content that fits local African aesthetics to
attract traffic for live rooms and private domains.
(4) Community & User Maintenance: Respond
to social media comments, private messages and fan consultations in a timely
manner, maintain fan communities, answer product questions and follow up
potential customers to improve user stickiness and conversion rate.
