Role Overview

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to support their transition into a data-driven marketplace group. This role will be instrumental in driving business performance across all regions by delivering actionable insights, enhancing reporting capabilities, and improving data accuracy and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards across multiple platforms to support real-time decision-making.

● Build and implement robust reporting and analytics frameworks to track and evaluate overall business performance.

● Improve lead tracking systems, attribution models, and conversion analysis to enhance marketing and sales effectiveness.

● Provide data-driven insights to support pricing strategies, sales optimization, and marketing initiatives.

● Implement and continuously improve SEO performance tracking and digital analytics tools to measure online visibility and engagement.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.

● Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth through data analysis and reporting.
