Role Summary
The Cost and Management Accountant will play a key strategic role in providing accurate financial intelligence, cost control, and decision support across the company’s operations. This includes land acquisition, property development, construction, rental and leasing activities.
Key Functional Result Areas
Project and property costing
- Track, allocate and monitor all costs related to land purchases, sales, developments and construction projects.
- Ensure accurate project costing and profitability tracking
- Support project feasibility studies, investment appraisals and rental pricing models
- Provide financial input for new project approvals
