Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations, ensuring adherence to security protocols and operational guidelines.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise guarding and canine deployment to meet client needs and operational goals.
• Oversee the implementation and enforcement of policies, procedures, and performance standards and formulate business strategies that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Work directly with clients, develop new business opportunities, and grow the company's customer base.
• In conjunction with HR, recruit, train, and supervise security guards and canine handlers to ensure readiness and professionalism.
• Conduct regular training programs for new guards, on-the-job training, and refresher training for guards in the establishment.
• Oversee and respond to incidents, ensuring proper investigation, documentation, and resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their security needs and concerns, and providing them with periodic reports on security performance, incidents, and improvements.
