Role Overview

• The Lead – Payments & Financial Services (BFSI) will be responsible for building and scaling payments partnerships, financial products, digital transactions, and embedded finance solutions within SPIRO’s ecosystem across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute payments and financial services strategy.

• Build partnerships with banks, fintechs, mobile money providers, payment gateways, and regulators.

• Drive digital payment adoption across SPIRO customers and partners.

• Identify opportunities for lending, insurance, wallet, and embedded finance products.

• Manage payment operations, transaction flows, and customer experience.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations across relevant African markets.

• Lead commercial negotiations with financial institutions and ecosystem partners.
