Manager – Customer Lifecycle Management & Campaigns

Role Overview

• The Manager – Customer Lifecycle Management & Campaigns will own end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives and customer engagement campaigns designed to improve activation, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value across SPIRO’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer lifecycle strategies across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation stages.

• Create and manage multi-channel campaigns through Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and In-App channels.

• Build segmentation models and personalized customer journeys.

• Partner with Data, Product, and Marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Monitor lifecycle performance metrics and customer cohorts.

• Develop customer communication frameworks and engagement journeys.
