Job Purpose
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Jewelry products and provide excellent customer service to support sales.
Primary Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting customers in the shops.
- Demonstrating product knowledge and providing recommendations.
- Supporting sales transactions.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of displays.
- Undertaking periodic stock management activities.
- Handling customer enquiries.
- Providing weekly sales reports
- Fluent in English
Person specification
Academic qualification
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or Sales Management.
Professional certification
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in retail sales (Jewellery experience preferred).
