Role Overview

This is a unique, hybrid role. You will spend 2 hours per day conducting structured, professional Kinyarwanda language classes for our 4-member expat management team. The remaining 6 hours per day will be dedicated to project assistance, administrative support, and helping bridge the communication gap between management, local authorities, and the construction/factory staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Language Training (12 hours/week): Design and deliver a tailored Kinyarwanda language course for beginners. Focus on daily conversational skills and industry-specific vocabulary (textile, manufacturing, safety, HR).

• Project & Administrative Assistance: Assist the Project Team with local procurement, administrative tasks, and coordinating with local suppliers or authorities like RRA, RDB, FDA.

• On-Site Translation & Cultural Liaison: Act as a translator during factory setup, machinery installation, and hiring phases. Help the international team understand local cultural and business etiquettes.

• Logistical Support: Run operational errands related to the factory setup within the Special Economic Zone and wider Kigali.
