NovaFleet is building the operating system for fleet businesses in Africa.

We help fleet owners and mobility companies manage driver payments, compliance, telematics, hiring, vehicle records, and day-to-day operations from one platform.

As we grow, we are looking for a Social Media Manager who can help us build a strong, recognizable brand and turn the work happening inside NovaFleet into compelling content.

The Role

We are looking for someone who understands social media beyond simply posting content.

You will be responsible for growing NovaFleet's presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and TikTok, creating content that educates, tells stories, builds community and generates interest in our products.

You should be comfortable getting close to the business, customers and team to uncover interesting stories rather than waiting to be given content to post.
