Beautiful Intentions® is seeking a creative, resourceful, highly organized Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant who is interested in helping build and grow a purpose-driven, whole-person mental health and wellbeing company.

About Beautiful Intentions

Beautiful Intentions provides whole-person mental health coaching, training, consulting, educational resources, and creative products. The work is grounded in trauma-informed

principles, nervous system science, functional and integrative mental health, and current research. Beautiful Intentions primarily supports women experiencing chronic stress, burnout, nervous system dysregulation, anxiety, fatigue, disrupted sleep, life transitions, and related health concerns. Particular attention is given to the experiences and needs of women of color, especially Black women.

The company also works with professionals, organizations, and community-based teams through training, consulting, speaking, and educational initiatives. About the Founder

Beautiful Intentions was founded by Shauna del Reed, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, Mental Health Coach, trainer, consultant, and educator with more than 25 years of professional experience. Shauna’s background spans trauma-informed mental health, clinical supervision, workforce development, training, consultation, leadership, program development, and functional and integrative wellness education. Her work examines how stress, trauma, nervous system functioning, relationships, sleep, nutrition, movement, physical health, environment, purpose, and daily habits interact to influence mental health and wellbeing. She created Beautiful Intentions to make whole-person mental health education, practical support, and creative resources more accessible to individuals, professionals, and organizations.

About the Role

This position will begin as a part-time remote role, with the potential to transition into a full-time position. It is designed for someone who wants to develop a thorough understanding of the company and contribute to its long-term growth. The first several months will focus heavily on learning about Shauna’s work and the Beautiful Intentions philosophy, audiences, services, products, goals, content, and existing materials.

During this initial period, the VA will also help organize the business, improve internal systems, identify operational needs, and help establish the foundation needed for growth. Responsibilities will continue to develop as the company expands.

Primary Responsibilities

● Learn the Beautiful Intentions brand, mission, audiences, services, products, frameworks, voice, and long-term goals

● Organize business documents, digital files, marketing materials, contact information, product information, and operational systems

● Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, calendars, databases, and other organizational tools

● Help establish and manage the Beautiful Intentions Pinterest account

● Research Pinterest strategy, keywords, content trends, board organization, scheduling practices, and analytics

● Create pins, social media graphics, presentations, worksheets, promotional materials, and other branded assets using Canva

● Assist with planning, creating, formatting, scheduling, and repurposing content for Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, email, the website, and other appropriate platforms

● Support email marketing, audience development, professional outreach, promotional campaigns, product launches, trainings, and events

● Research referral sources, partnerships, podcasts, speaking opportunities, conferences, trainings, organizations, and community outreach opportunities

● Assist with website updates, product listings, links, and basic digital maintenance

● Maintain accurate inventory records for products, packaging materials, and supplies
