Business Development Executive

Our client, a leading Kenyan provider of audio-visual solutions, event production, entertainment experiences and DJ talent development, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to support its next phase of growth. As the business transitions into modern AV technology, automation and future-ready event solutions, it is looking for a commercially minded professional to drive new business and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities across corporate, government, hospitality, entertainment and private events sectors

• Sell end-to-end AV and event production solutions, including conference and hybrid systems, sound, lighting, LED screens, staging and special effects

• Grow the venue entertainment management business by securing partnerships with hotels, lounges, restaurants and lifestyle venues

• Promote the DJ Academy and drive student enrolments through partnerships, campaigns and industry networks

• Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders and presentations in collaboration with technical and production teams

• Register the company on supplier databases and respond to RFQs and tenders
