Quality Assurance Analyst | US Recruitment & RPO Operations
What You’ll Do
- Review candidate profiles, screening notes, and submissions before client presentation
- Audit recruitment workflows to ensure compliance with processes, quality standards, and SLAs
- Monitor ATS accuracy, candidate statuses, and documentation completion
- Identify quality gaps, process inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
- Track quality metrics and support quality scorecards and reporting
- Provide feedback and recommendations to Recruitment Team Leaders
- Support continuous improvement and process standardization initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in US Recruitment, Staffing, or RPO environments
