Job description
Raha Reserve Zanzibar, a luxury resort joining IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Vignette Collection, seeks an HR Manager to establish our people function and deliver recruitment and staff readiness ahead of opening.
Responsibilities
•
Deliver recruitment against the approved staffing plan and budget, at pace.
•
Establish employment documentation, HR policies and personnel records.
•
Open and maintain statutory registrations and support expatriate permit applications.
•
Coordinate payroll inputs, staff welfare, accommodation and onboarding.
•
Support departmental training and build a service-focused workplace culture.
