Job description
Raha Reserve Zanzibar, a luxury resort joining IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Vignette Collection, seeks a hands-on Project Manager to lead the remaining construction, fit-out and opening-readiness works across 35 villas and public areas.
Responsibilities
•
Coordinate contractors, consultants and site teams against an agreed completion programme.
•
Resolve material shortages, drawing queries and approval delays.
•
Oversee quality, budgets, progress reporting, snagging and handover.
•
Coordinate furniture installation, building services and external works.
