ROLE SUMMARY
- The Assistant Manager – Facility Management is responsible for ensuring that all assets are in proper working condition and maintained regularly as per standards. The role holder supports the Facility manager in maintenance planning, execution and communication.
ROLE PROFILE
- Assist in preparing, scheduling and reporting all the future maintenance activities in coordination with the store and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
- Oversee store inspections in line with annual maintenance plans and agreement terms.
- Oversee maintenance activities to ensure that the work is delivered as per the requirements and timeline.
