Job summary

The Stock Controller will be responsible for the accurate tracking, management, and reconciliation of all inventory within the company's warehouse(s), ensuring stock levels, movements, and valuations are properly recorded and that discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

Job descriptions & requirements

Stock Management & Inventory Control

• Monitor

and maintain accurate stock levels across all warehouse locations

• Process

goods received , stock transfers, and dispatches in the inventory
system

• Conduct

regular physical stock counts and cycle counts, reconciling against system
records

• Investigate

and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, and losses

• Flag

slow-moving, excess, or obsolete stock to management

Warehouse Operations

• Coordinate

with the warehouse team on proper storage, labeling, and organization of
stock (FIFO/FEFO as applicable)

• Oversee

receiving and dispatch processes to ensure accuracy against purchase
orders and delivery notes

• Ensure

stock is stored securely and in line with handling requirements
(especially for electronics/fragile goods)
