Progress Likobama Consultant Group is recruiting on behalf of our client in the Mining Sector for the following positions:

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

LocationChingola, Copperbelt

SalaryK15,000 per month

Start DateJanuary 2027

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field will be an added advantage.

Fully paid-up ZIHRM membership is mandatory.

5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.

Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR practices.

Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Valid Driver’s Licence is required.

All academic and professional qualifications must be verified/validated by ZAQA where applicable.
