Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Environmental Management System (EMS) and Workplace Safety Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain environmental, health and safety policies, procedures, SOPs, and emergency response programs.

• Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational safety legislation, ISO 14001:2015 requirements, and company standards.

• Conduct environmental and safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

• Manage environmental permits, licenses, regulatory reporting, and relationships with agencies such as NEMA and DOSH.

• Oversee pharmaceutical waste management, chemical safety, environmental monitoring, and compliance activities.

• Coordinate EHS training programs and promote employee awareness on environmental and workplace safety matters.
