Position Summary
The Customer Support Agent plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a high-quality user experience across all betPawa client engagement channels. Based in Dar es Salaam, this position is responsible for assisting users, handling inquiries and complaints, conducting client education campaigns, and supporting brand satisfaction surveys in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Problem Resolution:
•
Assist customers through all available communication channels, ensuring their needs are met as they navigate betPawa products.
•
Review customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries to resolve issues efficiently and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Promote product value and brand loyalty through supportive and positive client interactions.

Outbound Communication & Market Surveys:
•
Carry out callout campaigns to educate existing and potential clients on new and existing products.
•
Conduct customer satisfaction and brand perception surveys via telephone outreach.
