Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to market and sell printing plates and related solutions to B2B customers within the printing and packaging industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with printers and packaging manufacturers, generating sales, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

The role involves working closely with printers, packaging manufacturers, and graphic designers.

Comprehensive training on the company's products and technical solutions will be provided, although the successful candidate should already demonstrate strong sales, communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the printing and packaging industry.

• Market and sell printing plates to printers and packaging manufacturers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B customers.

• Conduct regular customer visits and understand their printing and packaging requirements.

• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, prepare quotations, and close sales.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

• Work closely with customers to understand their product and technical requirements.

• Coordinate with graphic designers and customer production teams where required.

• Provide professional customer service and respond to customer enquiries promptly.

• Negotiate prices and commercial terms within approved company guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
