Job summary
The Recycling Maintenance Supervisor will supervise the plant's daily operations while ensuring efficient and safe waste processing, staff management, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Job descriptions & requirements
A Education:
- Preferably diploma/degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field.
B Relevant Previous Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, processing set up.
- A background in electrical is preferred.
C Business UnderstandingShould understand: -
- Company Operations: logistics, sorting, baling, storage, sales
- Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

G Key Responsibilities Level I
. Oversee and manage daily activities of the Recycling plant staff (including supervising people operating machines, plastic infeed sorting, maintenance and repairs) and managing attendance.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure processed materials meet company and regulatory standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures
