Job Purpose

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Executive to drive growth by acquiring new customers and developing existing accounts across courier, air/sea freight, clearing and forwarding, and import/export logistics.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, field-based salesperson comfortable with cold calling, client visits, and hitting monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers across SMEs, corporates, importers/exporters, e-commerce, NGOs, and manufacturers; build a strong sales pipeline through cold calls, visits, and networking.

• Sell the full service range: domestic and international courier, air and sea freight, clearing and forwarding, customs clearance, cargo consolidation, and e-commerce/parcel delivery.

• Manage customer relationships — follow up on shipping needs, resolve issues with operations, and drive repeat business.

• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets; prepare forecasts and performance reports; convert quotations into confirmed business.

• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

• Prepare and negotiate quotations within approved guidelines; hand off confirmed business to operations.
