• JOB SUMMARY

The Pediatric
Nurse is responsible for delivering specialized nursing care to infants,
children, and adolescents. With proven experience in immunization programs and
private healthcare practice, the role ensures safe, compassionate, and
evidence-based care. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and
skilled in preventive and curative pediatric services, while maintaining strong
communication with children, families, and healthcare teams.

• PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• Provide

high-quality pediatric nursing care.

• Support

immunization programs and preventive health initiatives.

• Strengthen

communication between families and healthcare providers.

• Ensure

accurate documentation of pediatric and immunization records.

• Enhance patient

trust and satisfaction in private healthcare settings.

• Contribute

to continuous improvement in child health services.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A.
Pediatric Nursing Care

• Deliver

direct nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.

• Monitor

growth, development, and overall health status.

• Administer

medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Assist

pediatricians during clinical procedures.

B.
Immunization & Preventive Care

• Administer

vaccines according to national immunization schedules.

• Educate

parents on vaccine importance, side effects, and follow-up.

• Maintain

accurate immunization records and reporting.

• Participate

in community outreach and vaccination campaigns.

Patient & Family Support
