Role Overview
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated Relationship Officers to expand and protect our loan portfolio. In this role, you will drive business growth through field sales, deliver top-tier customer service, and execute reliable loan recovery strategies.
This position is perfect for you if you love field sales, care deeply about uplifting micro-enterprises, and excel at managing your own workflow with little supervision. Your daily focus will involve acquiring high-quality clients, educating borrowers on financial responsibility, and keeping default rates low.

- Sales & Loan Processing
o Drive new customer acquisition through direct field marketing, referrals, and community activations.
o Assist applicants through every step of the borrowing cycle.
