About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Generate new sales leads and identify potential customers through showroom, field, and other sales initiatives.
Promote and sell the company’s furniture products and interior design services.
Engage with showroom visitors, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct field-based sales and marketing activities to expand the customer base and increase market reach.
Follow up on leads, quotations, customer inquiries, and potential sales opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to increasing the company’s market share.
Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
Support customer retention by maintaining positive and professional relationships.
Represent the company professionally and contribute to maintaining a strong brand image.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, leads, sales activities, and opportunities.
