About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and identify potential customers through showroom, field, and other sales initiatives.
• Promote and sell the company’s furniture products and interior design services.
• Engage with showroom visitors, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct field-based sales and marketing activities to expand the customer base and increase market reach.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, customer inquiries, and potential sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to increasing the company’s market share.
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Support customer retention by maintaining positive and professional relationships.
• Represent the company professionally and contribute to maintaining a strong brand image.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, leads, sales activities, and opportunities.
