Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Event Organizer to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our upcoming RunFree Global Conference 2027 /event in Kigali, Rwanda which will take place in September 2027

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

Working under the direct supervision of the Hope Walks Country Director, Regional Manager and GCI (Global Clubfoot Initiative ) leaders, the Event Organizer will ensure seamless event delivery from inception to completion:

• Event Planning & Logistics: Develop a detailed operational plan, venue layout, master schedule, and logistical checklist for the Global Clubfoot Initiative event.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with venue management, audio-visual providers, media partners, and local authorities for necessary permits and technical support.
