IT, Data & Systems Officer to manage the organization’s technology systems, data, reporting tools, and digital infrastructure while supporting secure and efficient business operations.
Ideal Candidate
- Should have strong skills in IT systems administration, data analysis, reporting, information security, troubleshooting and business intelligence, with the ability to support users and translate data into meaningful business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Systems Management Manage and maintain business systems including Loan Disk, Musoni DFA, SASAPAY, Presta, Biometric systems, PABX and CRM to ensure availability and smooth operations.
- IT Support & Infrastructure Oversee installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software, networks and other IT equipment.
- Data Management & Security Maintain data integrity, user access controls, backups, recovery processes and data protection measures.
