ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead Itel Energy’s marketing activities with a strong focus on social media and local content.

The candidate will be responsible for marketing calendar, event and promotion campaign planning, budget proposals and overall delivery, while directly managing social media operations and routine content production. The candidate will guide the BTL supervisor and coordinate with sales, technical teams, regional marketing and external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing and Campaign Planning

•

Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business priorities and regional brand direction.

•

Lead campaign planning for festival promotion like Black Friday and Christmas, product launches, channel promotions, community initiatives and donation activities were applicable.

•

Define campaign objectives, target audiences, key messages, channels, deliverables, timelines, budgets and success measures.

•

Coordinate with sales on promotional offers, product availability, participating dealers and lead follow-up arrangements.

•

Guide the BTL Supervisor, assign execution responsibilities and monitor progress across online and offline activities.

•

Track campaign results and spending, prepare reports and recommendation improvements.

Social Media and Content

•

Own the content calendar and day-to-day operation of relevant platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

•

Plan, create and publish locally relevant content that builds brand awareness, explains products and supports campaigns.

•

Create routine graphic materials and produce or edit short-form videos, including product demonstrations, event highlights, customer interviews and testimonials.

•

Conduct customer interviews and capture photos and videos for local campaigns and customer stories, with appropriate consent.
