Head Supply Chain Management

Job Purpose: To provide strategic leadership for the Bank’s Supply Chain Management function, ensuring transparent, compliant, cost-effective, and value-driven sourcing, procurement, supplier management, contracting, inventory, asset, and project procurement activities.

Reports ToChief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Bank’s Supply Chain Management strategy, policies, standards, and operating model.

• Lead strategic sourcing, procurement operations, supplier relationship management, contract governance, inventory control, and asset management.

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, regulatory expectations, audit requirements, and risk management standards.

• Drive cost optimisation, value for money, transparency, and total cost of ownership across major spend categories.

• Oversee supplier segmentation, performance scorecards, contract lifecycle management, and third-party risk governance.

• Partner with Finance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Technology, Branch Banking, and Corporate Services to align supply chain plans to business needs.

• Provide governance over facilities, refurbishment, infrastructure, and other project-related procurement.

• Provide oversight of physical security, asset protection and security operations across the Bank.
