ABAHIZI SACCO NGOMA (ASN) is the Head Office of all Umurenge SACCOs in Ngoma District, merged in September 2025 . ASN is duly registered under RCA certificate no. RGDG013327 and licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) , invites applications from qualified, motivated, and experienced candidates for the following vacant positions:

Reports ToHuman Resources, logistics and procurement

Under the supervision and guidance of the Human Resources, logistics and procurement :

• To maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in the offices, facilities, and surrounding premises of ABAHIZI SACCO NGOMA (A.S.N), ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming working environment for staff, members, and visitors.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean offices, meeting rooms, corridors, reception areas, toilets, and other designated premises daily.

• Sweep, mop, dust, and polish floors, furniture, windows, doors, and other office surfaces.

• Clean and disinfect toilets, washrooms, and other shared facilities regularly.

• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste in designated areas in accordance with hygiene and environmental requirements.

• Ensure that cleaning materials, tools, and equipment are properly used, cleaned, and stored after use.

• Monitor the availability of cleaning materials and report shortages to the supervisor in a timely manner.

• Maintain cleanliness in the compound and surrounding areas, including collecting litter where applicable.

• Report any damage, maintenance issues, leakages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning.

• Handle office furniture, equipment, and other property carefully to avoid damage.

• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of staff, members, and visitors when cleaning offices and workspaces.

• Follow workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including the safe handling of cleaning products.
