Debt Tracking and MonitoringReview daily loan reports to spot overdue payments, delinquent accounts, and emerging credit risks.
Client Communication and NegotiationCall, email, or visit clients face-to-face to understand their financial challenges and arrange practical repayment plans.
Field Operations: Conduct field visits, inspect customer securities or collaterals, and coordinate asset liquidation or asset recovery (such as vehicle or equipment repossession) when policies allow.
