Head of Project Management Office

Key Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership and governance of the Bank’s project, programme and change portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategy, regulatory obligations, operating model and strategic priorities.

• Establish and continuously enhance the Bank’s Project, Programme and Change Management Framework, including methodologies, governance standards, stage gates, tools, reporting, assurance and delivery practices.

• Lead enterprise portfolio prioritisation and optimisation, advising EXCO on initiatives to commence, accelerate, defer or stop based on strategic value, benefits, risk, investment, resource capacity and interdependencies.

• Oversee delivery performance of strategic projects and programmes, ensuring clear accountability and timely intervention to achieve agreed scope, timelines, cost, quality, risk and benefits outcomes.

• Lead portfolio investment and financial management, including business case development and challenge, project budgets, expenditure, forecasts, investment returns and benefits, with escalation of material variances and investment decisions to EXCO.
