Job Overview
- We are looking for a proactive, organized and eager-to-learn Stores & Procurement Intern to support our stores and procurement functions while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, checking and recording incoming goods.
- Support proper storage, organization and identification of stock.
- Assist in issuing and recording materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate stores and inventory records.
- Support stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
- Assist with preparation and filing of procurement documentation.
- Support supplier communication and follow-up on orders and deliveries.
- Assist with obtaining quotations and preparing procurement comparisons.
