Job Overview
Premia Supplies Limited is looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Representative to grow sales for our household care and hygiene range in Lusaka. The role involves managing existing accounts, developing new business, ensuring product availability, and delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s household care and hygiene product range to assigned customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and open new accounts within retail, wholesale, institutional, and other relevant channels.
- Manage customer relationships, resolve complaints, and ensure repeat orders.
- Conduct regular route visits, order taking, and follow-ups.
- Ensure products are well merchandised, correctly priced, and available on shelves.
