Position Overview

• We are looking for a reliable and detail-driven Accounts Assistant to support our finance department. In this entry-level capacity, you will handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, invoice processing, data entry, and routine financial recordkeeping. This position offers excellent growth potential for an individual eager to start a career in finance or accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.

• Enter daily financial records, vendor invoices, expense reports, and receipts into accounting software.

• Assist with monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.

• Prepare, sort, and organize supporting financial documentation and digital files.

• Help follow up on outstanding receivables and assist in vendor payment processing.
