Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets. The role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, product knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

• Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed set targets.

• Follow up with clients on promotions, offers, and product availability.

• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.

Client Engagement

• Welcome and engage clients in the showroom, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations with the support of the technical team.

• Collaborate with designers/Visual Merchandisers to create layouts and mood boards for customized client solutions.

• Conduct client site visits and take accurate site measurements where required.

Quotations & Order Processing

• Prepare accurate quotations based on client specifications and follow up until deal closure.

• Confirm product availability and manage order booking.

• Negotiate effectively with clients to finalize sales.

Invoicing & Delivery

• Process client payments in compliance with company policies.
