Human Resource Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee records.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration.

• Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records.

• Support performance management and staff development initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with employment policies and labour laws.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 2–4 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources.

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

• Must be willing to work from Nanyuki.
