Job Description

• Reporting to the respective Zonal Business Manager, the role holder will be responsible for driving the growth of business and generation of revenue through GSM and Airtel Money customer acquisition, growing distribution infrastructure and effective management of the retail trade including supervising a field sales team within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to

• Implementation and adoption of effective distribution strategy to grow sales within the assigned zone

• Ensure achievement of set key performance indicators as cascaded for the role

• Prepare, plan and execute sales programs aimed at market penetration, relationship building, and market share growth to achieve required extraction per site in the market

• Ensure internal collaboration, teamwork development and implementation of key management and sales routines

• Effectively manage team and allocated resources by ensuring discipline and complete adherence to the set ways of working and standards
