About us

RW Digital Solutions Ltd is a Kigali-based digital company. We build websites, web and mobile applications, dashboards, portals and IT systems, and run social media marketing for businesses and organisations across Rwanda.

What you will do

• Record income and expenses and keep supporting documents organised.

• Issue EBM invoices, track client payments and follow up overdue accounts.

• Reconcile bank and mobile money accounts every month.

• Prepare RRA e-Tax and RSSB declarations for review before filing.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, cash-flow forecasts and budgets.

• Prepare contracts, keep staff files, track leave and prepare payroll.

• Handle office administration, procurement and service providers.

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by your supervisor or the CEO.

What we are looking for

Open to recent graduates (within the last two years) and final-year students.

Required

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

• Enrolled in or progressing through CPA (ICPAR) or ACCA.

• Working knowledge of Rwandan taxes (VAT, PAYE, withholding tax), EBM, RRA e-Tax and RSSB declarations.

• Strong Excel skills.

• High integrity, discretion and close attention to detail.
