The Regional Service Centre Manager will be required to manage and promote implementation of TEVET Programmes in the Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management and performance of the Service Centre as well as overall being accountable for human, financial and other resources at the Centre.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Leadership and Strategic Management

• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction in the implementation of TEVET programmes and projects within the region.
• Coordinate the formulation and implementation of regional plans and budgets.
• Ensure alignment of regional operations with TEVETA’s strategic objectives.

• Administration and Resource Management

• Oversee the day-to-day human resource, financial, and administrative functions of the Service Centre.
• Control and ensure efficient utilization of regional resources.
• Supervise, coach, and appraise staff under his/her charge.

• Programme and Project Management

• Coordinate the implementation of TEVET programmes and projects at regional level.
• Manage partnership and donor-funded projects within the region.
• Serve as Component Manager for project activities and ensure delivery of results.

• Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination

• Ensure effective linkages between TEVETA, TEVET providers, and key stakeholders.
• Handle complaints, inquiries, and issues related to TEVET regional operations.
