Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure, administering systems, maintaining network security, and providing end-user technical support. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in Windows Active Directory Server Management,
Microsoft Office 365 Administration, FortiGate Firewall Administration, networking and switching, end-user computing, and IT security management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and optimal performance of the organization's IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Windows Active Directory Server Management
● Administer and maintain Windows servers and Active Directory environments.
● Manage user accounts, groups, access permissions, Group Policies, and authentication.
● Monitor server performance, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure system availability.
● Perform regular system updates, backups, and recovery procedures.
- Microsoft Office 365 Administration
● Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, mailboxes, and access permissions.
● Administer Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
● Troubleshoot email, collaboration, and other Microsoft 365-related issues.
● Implement appropriate security settings and access controls.
- FortiGate Firewall Administration
● Configure, manage, and monitor FortiGate firewalls.
● Implement firewall policies, VPNs, access controls, and network security rules.
● Monitor firewall logs and investigate potential security threats.
● Troubleshoot connectivity issues and maintain secure network access.
- Networking and Switching
● Configure and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
● Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
● Manage VLANs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and routing configurations.
● Ensure reliable network connectivity across the organization.
- End-User Computing Management
● Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
● Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
