Pipeline Builder

Solvo Global is seeking a proactive and results-driven Pipeline Builder to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and building strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. If you’re passionate about sourcing top talent and creating innovative recruitment strategies, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand, niche, and recurring positions.

• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and advanced sourcing techniques

• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of active and passive candidates.

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and target profiles.

• Track sourcing activities and provide regular pipeline updates and performance metrics.
