About the Role
BFS is seeking proactive and results-driven Recovery Interns to join its debt recovery teams across five key locations (Tabora, Geita, Kahama, Musoma, and Tarime). The interns will be responsible for managing assigned non-performing accounts, conducting field visits, developing recovery strategies, and maintaining compliance with collection regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Debt CollectionsExecute recovery procedures for assigned outstanding debts and delinquent accounts.
•
Field VisitsConduct on-site customer visits to negotiate payments, assess loan collaterals, and resolve default cases.
•
Planning & DocumentationPrepare and document structured recovery plans, loan settlement agreements, and official correspondence.
